The style of Jens Krumbiegel and Emmerich Reutter is the hallmark of the gourmet cuisine of El Patio. Every menu, every course and every surprise is an intensely pleasurable experience of the highest quality. Handling the carefully selected components with respect is the expression of sustainable cuisine. Every product – ranging from the beef tenderloin from Iowa to the fresh vegetables grown outdoors by the organic farmer nearby – is creatively incorporated to bring out an abundance of distinctive pleasures. Every creation is a new challenge for the palate and the eye.
